I didn’t understand why my visit had to be virtual, especially since I’d hoped to have my chest listened to. It was a long wait in the virtual waiting room as I was told to sign in 15 minutes before a 3:30 appointment, but was notShow more connected until 45 minutes later. I felt good about the advice given though do have a request. Could you call in an order for endoscopy to Dr Ilahi, so I can get that scheduled? Before,the request from my primary was ‘eval and treat’. When I called for appointment, I was told I could only schedule an office visit. I just really don’t want to have to wait with this cough and sore throat til end of January and then wait again for the actual procedure. Yesterday, I had nausea and vomiting which I don’t know if was part of whatever is going on, or something new on top of this. Also, please let office know as of January 1st, I am now on Medicare.
During covet I kept getting congestion, coughing, sneezing feeling bad and sick but never covet. One of the nurses heard something in my lungs, had a series of tests and x-ray. Sent me to Lutheran General hospital where they did the surgery, took care of me, no cymo, doing good thanks God for them

She gets right to the point and explains things “in our language” so we as patients understand what she is communicating to us, not in doctor terminology and words we don’t understand.
