In my many years of Dr’s Appointments ~Waiting rooms~Filling out Paper and Electronic forms~ I notice a difference in the Office of Dr. Amy Herbstrith~ The waiting room is never crowded and the Patients are constantly moving as tShow morehey come through the door for their Appointments~The Wait time is Not Long After Sign~In~”The Dr. will see you now” is heard often~ signaling why The waiting room is Moving~>On~ Dr.Herbstrith always enters the room with her signature☀️sunshine smile~ making me feel better even when I may be having pain in my feet~ she orders test~ x-rays and scans right there in the office and receives the results within 30 min. ~ to an hour~ explains to me every~ thing that she presented before me and what the plan will be for treatment~ Gives me a unique and personal foot massage and trimming all around my toes~Gives me my homework~ Calls my prescription in to my personal pharmacy and we have a plan to care for my feet helps me on my way to feeling and walking better~I could not ask for a better visit~ Thank you Dr Amy And Your Friendly caring knowledgeable Nurses and Staff~ Mrs. Jeanette G.
Dr Amie listened to all my concerns and asked a lot of questions before making a treatment plan. And I really appreciated that she started with the least aggressive approach first as well as thought about natural ways to help my pShow moreain instead of just throwing another pill at the problem!
Ami Herbstrith, DPM, is a board-certified podiatrist at Mid-South Foot & Ankle Specialists in Memphis, Tennessee. She sees patients at the Cordova office and specializes in sports medicine, pediatric foot, limb salvage, wound care, diabetic foot care, and general podiatry.
Dr. Herbstrith grew up in Sherman, Illinois. She received her undergraduate degree from Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, Illinois, and earned her Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in Chicago, Illinois.
Dr. Herbstrith completed a residency program in podiatric medicine and surgery at Michael Reese Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. She maintains her credentials with continuing education to stay up-to-date with the latest advances in foot and ankle diagnostics and treatments.
She is board-certified in foot surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and is a member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, the American Podiatric Medical Association, and the Tennessee Podiatric Medical Association.
When she’s not in the office, Dr. Herbstrith loves being outdoors, spending time with family and friends, hiking, and running.

I had A Great Experience on yesterday, Dr. Ami explained everything to me, showed me the x- rays and explained them to me, told me what to get for my toe, very Nice and Show Compassion ‼️
Knows what she is doing and greatly reduces the pain to these procedures. You therefore you will visit her office when you need. Your health is too important to let pain concerns interfere with getting a good job.

Dr. Ami is wonderful. She takes the time to listen and walks you through everything so you know exactly what to expect. I was anxious about the shots for my toenail surgery; but I barely felt them. The surgery went great, and I'm recovering quickly. I highly recommend Dr. Ami.

Excellent customer service care. You can't ask for a better doctor..she is a great listener and pays exceptional attention to detail in your road to recovery. Her assistants are awesome. Highly recommend!!!!
As a new patient , the process was seamless and positive. The receptionists were friendly, and helpful!! Loved the Doctor!!! She was caring and listened to my issues intently. Then gave me options on how I wanted to proceed. Would definitely , recommend !!!
