Our daughter said she receives new masks and hoses for her CPAP on a regular schedule and they are mailed to her directly based on her insurance recommendation guidelines . Our first visit to her office was wonderful. Her staff was very pleasant!
Unsure what to expect, I was nervous and had alot of questions. When I arrived, I was very impressed. I felt like they really cared about what I was going through. They made me comfortable and put me at ease. Heather is a wonderfShow moreul, caring, professional and a super lady. The doctor very good at her profession. She answered all my questions and didn't attempt to just get me in and out, she really cared about my problem. I will be back and wouldn't think about going anywhere else.

I found April Merrill and her staff very helpful and professional. The office atmosphere comes across as positive, with a little homey feel. I felt taken care of and comfortable.

Had to change appointment time & date due with Dr. unable to be there. New appointment wasn't updated by doctor office this may have been due to them changing offices. They reschedule the appointment to an in-office appointment which I prefer. Because I was able to see the doctor in person, they were able to figure out what was wrong with my CPAP machine without having to taking it to supplier. They gave me an upgrade nasal mask so I could use machine better.

April and Heather are the best ever! The atmosphere they have in the office is soothing and welcoming. You actually feel like they are some of your best friends. April will never rush your visit. She listens and answer any questions; makes sure you completely understand everything about your visit. I just can't say enough positive things about April and Heather.
We have been seeing April for several years. We have always enjoyed visiting with her and discussing our medical condition. She explains it very well, listens to us and allows us to participate in our health care decisions. Our health has improved so much in her care. She make like you’re her only patient, she doesn’t rush you and she Listens to her. Heather is an outstanding complimentary to her practice. I have been using Dr Merrill for my sleep therapy treatment for several years and my experience has always been fantastic. She and the entire office staff are always professional, friendly, cordial and attentive to my needs. The wait periods for my appointments have always been fairly short and acceptable. Her new office location and arrangement has a very nice and comfortable feeling with great parking. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. April Merrill for your sleep therapy needs!
