Dr April helped our daughter take a sleep study and get a CPAP machine when the sleep study confirmed Show moreshe had sleep apnea. Our daughter said she receives new masks and hoses for her CPAP on a regular schedule and they are mailed to her directly based on her insurance recommendation guidelines . Our first visit to her office was wonderful. Her staff was very pleasant!
I cannot recommend April strongly enough. She and her staff are super friendly and professional - taking the time to talk with each patient as a person, an all too rare experience in medicine these days. My treatment plan is exaShow morectly what I need and my sleep has never been better. All within the guidelines provided by my insurance saving me hundreds of dollars. Unsure what to expect, I was nervous and had alot of questions. When I arrived, I was very impressed. I felt like they really cared about what I was going through. They made me comfortable and put me at ease. Heather is a wonderful, caring, professional and a super lady. The doctor very good at her profession. She answered all my questions and didn't attempt to just get me in and out, she really cared about my problem. I will be back and wouldn't think about going anywhere else.
Had to change appointment time & date due with Dr. unable to be there. New appointment wasn't updated by doctor office this may have been due to them changing offices. They reschedule the appointment to an in-office appointment which I prefer. Because I was able to see the doctor in person, they were able to figure out what was wrong with my CPAP machine without having to taking it to supplier. They gave me an upgrade nasal mask so I could use machine better.
