Everything was great from the time I walked into the clinic to the time I got to see Dr, Brittany Reynolds. She is wonderful. She listens to you and takes the time to explain everything to you. Ms Reynolds is amazing. She listens to my concerns and explains things on a language I can understand. I never feel rushed. She makes me feel like my concerns are very important to her.

Dr. Reynolds is pretty good & her nurse Evelyn is very polite, I really like her & the compassion she has for the patients. The ones that work at the reception desk could do much better especially with relaying important messages. I left two that wasn’t even gave to the Doctor, that’s not cool at all. Other than that, everything is good.

Never got the chance to see Brittany Reynolds, DNP, because the office staff decided to mark me as a "no-show" after I had signed in at 8 AM and sat down. After patiently waiting for one hour, when I went to inquire, I was informed that my appointment was canceled because I was wrongly marked as signing in at 8:15. Not one employee came up to question then, why some "random" woman was apparently just sitting in their lobby...

Very nice. Good bedside manor. Check all issues. Only thing, I didn't get was prescription renewals, but in her defense my sister and niece were both in the room with me at the same time. So, she was taking care of all three of us.
