I have met with Brooke Music three times. I was shocked at how well she listened and frankly, how much she cared. I have seen 2-3 dozen mental health professionals over my lifetime and she stands out as sone of the top in terms oShow moref treating me like a person. She was extremely knowlegeable about trauma, dissociation, relational dynamics, mindfulness, attachment. She could see past the obvious. I am grateful I met her and grateful that she puts so much of herself into deeply caring about others

I like her much great personality
My first appointment with Brooke was great. She took the time to listen to me and understand the issues that I am having. She was very knowledgeable about natural solutions, which is what I was most interested in, but she also adjusted my prescribed meds to fit my needs. I felt heard, validated, and overall she was awesome and very professional. I would definitely recommend her.
Brooke is easy to talk to and clearly listens to what I have to share. I would recommend her to all who need help!
Insightful. Explained the reasons for the next steps in the therapy plan thoroughly. Much more responsive compared to other providers. Rather than silently taking notes she could converse with good advice.

Listens to you understands doesn’t judge.
I had a positive and forthright experience with Brooke. She was straightforward and asked for the information she needed with thoughtfulness and empathy. She provided reasoned feedback in a non-judgmental and sympathetic way. I appreciated that she gave me the opportunity to use all of the time for the session, but didn't require me to use anymore than necessary.
Brooke is quite literally saving my life. I had very little hope before meeting with her, and now I leave her office more optimistic about the future and the options I have. Very easy to talk to and relatable. Highly recommend
