I wish I didn’t have to use their services lol but I’m glad the VA sent me here to address the issues with my feet. The staff is very welcoming and greet me with a big smile and a warm hello at every single visit. Both doctors aShow morere absolutely incredible. They know how to ask the right questions and genuinely care and provide the best treatments with me in mind, with my input. They fully support the veteran community too! I highly recommend them. Im very dissatisfied with your communication as well as your inability to be prompt and on time. My father's appointment was scheduled for 10am and the driver didnt show up until 10:36. All of this was discussed nd scheduled prior to today and you were still unable to get to him to his appointment within a timely manner.

Dr. Dee is very helpful, always explain to me what is going on and what needs to happen to correct or improve the actions. And always ready to share a laugh.

The last podiatrist I went to didn’t ask me of any questions didn’t look at my feet I said I needed my nails cut. She cut my nails poorly so when I went to this podiatrist, she looked at my feet. Explain things that were going on. Told me what was happening and even though They felt the insurance wasn’t active, they took care of me very well.
