Dr. Carlos Diaz is board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation and specializes in the nonsurgical treatment of various spine and musculoskeletal problems. He welcomes adults and children over 12 to his practice at Spine, Sport & Physical Medicine Center in Sarasota, Florida. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach to patient care, Dr. Diaz designs treatment plans that meet the needs of the individual.

He leads the team at Spine, Sport & Physical Medicine Center and has gathered a warm and welcoming staff that embraces his passion for treating his patients with respect and compassion, many of whom are fluent in both English and Spanish.
