This qas my first appointment with DR. Chapman and I will definitely be back. She is very kind,understanding and very informative. She listened to my concerns which has been a very big issues with other DR'S as they did nShow moreot listen to my concerns leaving me feeling frustrated and hopeless. I went to to her for one issue but she also was very willing to take the time to exam my other foot that I have had surgeries on and having continued issues .I am so thankful.
Dr. Chapman has been a big help to me. She listens to my concerns and treats them. I see her every six weeks for calluses formed where bones are rubbing. Her treatment has given me great relief from pain. She is always very pleasShow moreant and prompt.

The lady at check in was so.pleasant today. Was so much easier than in the past. I got in without much wait time and Dr. Chapman took her time with me answering all of my questions.

Today I waited an hour before being called back. I went to the window and asked the check in person to see if my name was lost or why was I waiting so long. She rudely said they will call you when they call you. After finally getting back and waiting longer I was told by the doc that someone was supposed to have called before my appointment to tell me insurance would not pay for insert. Doc was very nice but the appointment was a frustrating experience. was on the list
