Went to my 2nd Aquatic therapy appointment today with Caroline Harris. My appointment went very well. After the exercises my range of motion was improved and my pain level was lower than before therapy.

Another good workout with Caroline. We did a warm up then focused on improving stretch and flexibility. After the therapy, she measured to affirm improvement in my knee range of motion. The last few degrees needed is more difficult, but she continues to help me improve with each session and we celebrate each degree of improvement. I appreciate her positivity and dedication to my improvement and the therapy plan she has for me to reach complete rehab. I highly recommend And thank Caroline!
