Today was my first time coming here. Made appointment online and did most of the paperwork online too. Check in was quick.and easy, only sat in chairs maybe 10 minutes, called back and very nice nurse, Katie, took some informationShow more. Room and waiting very clean and nice. Wait was reasonable for an urgent care, in and out time was about an hour. Dr. Kovolski was very nice and direct to the point. Prescription was ready at Walmart 20 minutes later. Highly recommend.
Carrie is a very caring and intelligent doctor. I would love to have her as my PCP. She took her time to diagnose me and never tried to rush me out. She made me feel like the only patient she had to see. 3 days after my visit the Show moremeds seem to be doing what she said they would. Thanks Carrie.

SO GLAD I chose Pro Health and saw Carrie K for my issue...it's an Urgent Care, so a wait is expected, but the staff was super nice (actually had me laughing) and I felt Carrie listened to me, and offered several solutions...I hope I don't have to go back anytime soon, but I would definetely choose her again!!
