My daughter was misdiagnosed. She wasn’t even treated for the diagnosis she was given. The nurse lied saying it was “illegal” to give her an antibiotic due to a negative strep test, eventho she had multiple symptoms and known expoShow moresure. They said it was an allergic reaction. Never sent the script to the pharmacy bc “they were too busy”. We were the only patient for at least 40 min. 11 hours later I’m forced to take my daughter back to another doc for a correct diagnosis and meds.
Absolutely did nothing to help. It was a waste of time. I had to go to a doctors office when I left there to get the help I needed. Will not ever go back to this clinic. I guess they didn’t have time or want to take time to heShow morelp me. That’s why next time I’ll go straight to the doctor’s office.

Very good doctor she actually listen to me & my child! Would recommend every single thing went smoothly only thing we forgot was school excuse I’ll call tomorrow see what I can do coughing all night don’t make for a good day

Charlotte was amazing in caring for my son. We came in with headache, fever, sore throat, and upset stomach. She told us it was probably strep, and it was confirmed with a test just a few minutes later. Prescribed antibiotics, and he is on his way to feeling better. Highly recommend Charlotte and her staff at LUC!
Very accommodating and sensitive to special needs. Xander was uncomfortable and scared because of autism but she made him feel very comfortable.

Great care
The wait time was longer than expected but Charolettr was very caring and reassured me that she would follow up if necessary. I wouldn’t hesitate to visit this clinic again. Also, the front office girl was so kind and helpful.

The care I received was excellent. Even though the office was packed with clients waiting to be seen - I wasn’t rushed through the visit, time was taken to listen to me and my concerns. I was told I would receive a follow-up call concerning a lab test and was encourage to contact my personal physician and report their findings.
Charlotte is the absolute best pediatrician around. She is so thorough and takes her time to listen to your concerns. We are so thankful for her!

This was our first time at this urgent care. My son is five and had strep throat. We got in a room quick and Charlotte was awesome with my son! She even catered to his alligator toy cause he told her it was sick too.. it was very sweet and I appreciate it!
