I believe it's all about money. Even when you show no signs of addiction, they still require you to pay for courses. And if you can't afford them, their guidelines make it mandatory to pay anyway. They don't seem to take into account the significant amount of money you've already spent on lawyers (who aren't cheap) or the 12-hour program you have to complete, both of which are costly. On top of that, you're required to pay for an evaluation, and after that, more fees keep piling up!
My experience was good and everything went well.
