Dr Gaupel performed a procedure on one of my feet yesterday. The staff at the surgery center were amazing, as well as the staff at his office, (Tamara is very efficient and thorough, cheery and sweet!). Dr Gaupel and his staff mShow moreade me feel welcome and comfortable from the start. Procedure and surgery care have been great so far. I will definitely be scheduling surgery on my other foot after this one heals completely-wish I hadn't waited so long!
Never had been to a podiatrist!! Very personable! Talked about any foot concerns I have recently. Checked out my neuropathy and agreed it was mild. Encouraged me to make an appointment if I had any concerns. His nurse was delightShow moreful and astute. I make note of that as I am a retired nurse! Tgat is a 5 star rating for her!! He gets one for his professionalism and his choice for his nurse!!!

Very good service. Rated 4 vs 5 because this my first visit. Staff was cordial, pleasantly provided location directions and offered physical assistance on departure. If my third visit is comparable I’ll rate it a 5.

Dr. Gaupel has been amazing. He explained the procedure to me in detail, got me in for surgery in a timely manner, and the recovery has not been nearly as painful as I was anticipating.

Dr. Gaupel and his staff provide a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere at every appointment. He is professional, informative, and thorough when explaining my condition and treatment options. Nurse Tamara is always cheerful and down-to-earth, making each visit enjoyable and comfortable. I am consistently seen in a timely manner, and the front desk staff has been very accommodating with scheduling. I truly appreciate the excellent care and service from the entire team.
Dr Gaupel is very friendly and completely professional. He listens when you explain your issues and asks appropriate questions. He explains possible treatments and explains what he recommends. I have been completely satisfied with his previous treatments and trust his judgement. The rest of his staff are also very friendly and professional.
