Colette Brown-Graham, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology who provides patients with skilled and dedicated care at Complete Healthcare for Women in Wellington, Florida.
Dr. Brown-Graham graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Duke University in Durham, North Carolina, and earned her medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine in Miami. She then relocated to Boston, where she completed her OB/GYN internship and residency at Boston City Hospital, and earned an additional Master of Public Health degree with a concentration in maternal child health from the Harvard School of Public Health.
Dr. Brown-Graham has served on the faculty at the University of Rochester’s Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, New York, and served on the Medical Executive Committee at Wellington Regional Medical Center in Wellington, Florida, where she was previously the Chairman of the OB/GYN department. She maintains staff positions at Wellington Regional Medical Center and Palms West Hospital in Loxahatchee, Florida, and is a diplomat of the National Board of Medical Examiners. Dr. Brown-Graham is a member of the Palm Beach Medical Society and T LeRoy Jefferson Medical Society.
In her practice, Dr. Brown-Graham likes to stay at the forefront of advances in obstetric and gynecologic care and has extensive knowledge in the latest techniques in robotic surgery and operative hysteroscopy. Outside of her practice, she’s a passionate advocate for women’s health issues, and she spends a great deal of time working with community organizations to bring better medical care to all women. Being fluent in Spanish allows Dr. Brown-Graham to better care for women of diverse backgrounds.

Doctors are excellent. True sometimes you have to wait but once in the exam room Dr Brown Graham gives you her undivided attention and takes as long as it takes to fully understand and address your symptoms

Dr. Brown- Graham is an amazing, professional and caring doctor. She takes the time to sit down and talk to you, unlike other doctors I’ve been to that are in and out in about two minutes. She seems to genuinely care for any type of visit, from a yearly to anything else that might be going on in your life. I would highly recommend her to all of my female friends and family members. This is the only appointment that I look forward to going to, knowing I am going to walk in and out, feeling confident about her advice, knowledge and professionalism.

Front office staff is very personable and professional and the clinical staff is friendly and thorough. Dr Brown-Graham makes the visit very comfortable and does a thorough examination without a long wait time.
dr Brown is very caring and personable. The office is very good with follow up and I feel like I’m incompetent hands all the way around in the practice. We had to do a minor surgery in the hospital and of course the results came out great and I was able to see Dr Brown within a reasonable amount of time to get the good news. I would highly recommend her to my friends and family. Plus she’s got a great big smile.
