Courtney Groves, FNP-C, is a passionate family nurse practitioner at Stone Creek Family Medicine in Montgomery, Texas. She welcomes new and returning patients.
Courtney graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington, earning her bachelor’s and master’s in nursing. With a passion for medicine and the power of healing, she is loved by her patients for her exceptional bedside manner. She has previously worked for Remix Home Care, Davita Dialysis, and Huntsville Memorial Hospital’s Wound Care Center.
Particularly focused on the root cause of illness, Courtney integrates Western and Holistic medicine into her patients’ treatments. Each treatment plan is developed with modalities that support both the treatment of symptoms and the patient’s personal beliefs. Board-certified as a nurse practitioner through the AANP, Courtney continually dedicates herself to education.
Courtney has been married to her husband, Mike, for sixteen years. They have two boys, Cameron and Blake. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and good movies.

Courtney is very attentive and knowledgable. She asked me if the was anything special bothering me and I said no. I have to many things on a daily basis. She knows all about my crazy b/p although I now go to cardiologist. I did forget to ask her a few things but I know I can always call her back at the office. I have to many specialists!! I gave the 4*s because she and everyone can always get a little better. Thank you Courtney!
