Dr. Daniel Faiwiszewski, DMD, brings nearly three decades of experience to his leadership role at Advanced Dental Care of Riverdale. He enjoys working with patients of all ages from in and around the Bronx area of New York City, New York, and takes deep pride in the fact that many new patients are referred to him by friends and family who’ve had a great experience.
Education has always shaped Dr. Faiwiszewski’s or “Dr. Dan’s” professional life. He began his studies at Brooklyn College (CUNY) in New York City, then went on to earn his dental degree at Temple University Maurice H. Kornberg School of Dentistry in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He then completed a residency program at Staten Island University Hospital (SIUH) in New York.
A lifelong learner, Dr. Dan is always looking for opportunities to expand his skills and knowledge. He has completed more than 1,000 hours of continuing education and is highly sought after as a dental education lecturer.

Dr. Dan is very professional, thorough, and caring. He is very knowledgeable and informative on what is going on with my teeth. The office is very clean and modern and the staff is very friendly. I am his patient for more than 15 years and each time I go for my appointment I feel very comfortable and well cared for. I recommend him very highly.

Very friendly and helpful reception staff. The dentist was a calming presence, putting my young daughter very much at ease. He was also very informative and reassuring, considering further (and possibly uncomfortable) work needs to be done in future visits.
My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Dan’s for many years. He is an outstanding dentist - knowledgeable, compassionate, efficient, professional, and available. His staff live up to his high standards for patient care. The procedure rooms are clean and maintained to insure the least amount of contamination from one patient to the next. There is a general feeling of warmth and caring and good humor throughout the office.
