Daniel Nesselroade, MD, became part of the Physicians and Surgeons for Women in Springfield, Ohio, in 1999. Board-certified through the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Nesselroade has spent the past 26 years committed to women’s health both here and abroad.
After graduating cum laude with a degree in biology from Asbury College in Wilmore, Kentucky, Dr. Nesselroade received his medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo, where he graduated with honors. He completed his OB/GYN residency at the Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, before traveling to Antwerp, Belgium. There, Dr. Nesselroade received his Tropical Medicine Certificate from Prince Leopold Institute for Tropical Medicine.
Upon completing his Tropical Medicine Certificate, Dr. Nesselroade served as a missionary physician in the Sikasso region of Mali, Africa. During the eight years he spent there, Dr. Nesselroade served as the medical director for the Koutiala Hospital for Women and Children.
Continuing his commitment to women’s health worldwide, Dr. Nesselroade has spent 11 years of his career on mission trips in both Europe and Africa. Locally, his patients commend his kindness and compassion, as well as his calming presence.

I am so grateful to find Dr Nesselroade. He makes me feel comfortable because he has a listening ear. He is knowledgeable and a very genuine doctor.
Service was prompt. I barely had sat down in waiting room when called. Staff was friendly. Only suggestion would be that the initial paperwork could be minimized and collected by phone as the billing staff did prior to the visit.

Dr. Nesselroade answered all my concerns. He reassured me on a number of conditions such as bone density, osteoporosis, hormone therapy and overall health. Am most pleased he's my doctor. Would recommend most highly. Staff was professional and made me feel I was important to them.
First time with Dr Nesselrodt, he was very kind and explained everything to me. Didnt feel rushed. The nurse was very kind also. When your extremely anxious it helps to have people who answer all of your questions.

I have not felt rushed, whether it is calling in with questions or making an appointment, or being seen in the office for a regular appointment or a problem. The staff from answering the phone to walking in the door to leaving are friendly and helpful. Dr. Nesselroade truly cares about his patients, is thorough, educates and answers questions along with plan of care going forward, and he will pray with you as needed.
