Dr. Groberg completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. For medical school, he attended Des Moines University in Des Moines, Iowa. After graduating with a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine, he completed a rigorous surgical residency through the Intermountain Medical Center (IMC) Podiatry Residency Program. He currently serves as a volunteer faculty member for the Utah-based IMC program.
Dr. Groberg is board-certified in forefoot and rearfoot reconstructive surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. He's also a member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and Utah Podiatric Medical Association. An experienced researcher, Dr. Groberg has participated in several studies analyzing tissue grafts and wound care.
Recently he has been able to expand his office to include additional treatment rooms for Dr Christian Smith a new associate as well as provide space for in-office MRI services.
A lifelong Utah resident, Dr. Groberg is an active member of the Salt Lake City community. When not assisting patients, he enjoys being outdoors, especially fishing, and spending time with his wife and children.

I've had two foot surgeries with Dr. Groberg (along with some other mishaps he addressed like an ankle sprain and an ingrown toenail). He's great. He takes his time. Explains everything and has a good sense of humor.
