If you are able to fill out forms online prior to your first visit, do it. It made my visit so pleasant and quick. My medications were ordered the same day (although will be dispensed when due by pharmacy) as promised. No need to Show morecall to remind them, which is what I had to do multiple times with previous doctor. Very detailed and thorough questions about medications. Professional staff. Summer and Ariana were also very polite and friendly.
Dr. Avila listened intently to my issues and was very helpful in coming up with a treatment plan. I appreciated his pleasant demeanor and willingness to help. I would highly recommend him.
