While my injury was upsetting - The experience with Don Floyd and his team was WONDERFUL. I tore my right Achilles tendon Dec of 2023 - I was able to get into his office the day after it happened & on scheduled for surgery rigShow moreht away. They were able to get me in for surgery super fast even being during the busy holiday season. They set me up with a full expectation of everything to expect though the whole surgery and recovery. This being my 1st surgery I was very nervous. THANK YOU Don & Team!

Thorough and friendly doctor...The girls are friendly and helpful
Easy to book appointments, and helpful provider and staff. I had some concerns with a discoloration on my foot, but Dr. Floyd looked at it and explained it to me what it was and why it happens, and that it will go away over time.
I love coming here. I always feel like Dr. Floyd and his staff really care. They do not rush you. The office is nice. The patient rooms are spacious.
I received outstanding care from Dr. Floyd and the team at Lake Stevens Ankle and Foot Clinic. They listened to my questions/concerns and now I'm better informed on how to care for my feet.
Dr. Floyd is easy to talk with and is very friendly and approachable. He efficiently solved my problem. I would recommend him for any foot issue.
Dr. Floyd is wonderful along with everyone in his office. They all remember my name and my son's name. They are kind and compassionate. Dr. Floyd has helped me with my foot pain in ways other doctors would not have done and never dismissed my concerns. He has done a foot surgery on my right foot and I have not had any nerve pain since. Zero. So glad I found them!

Very thorough with X-rays and consultation. I appreciate the option of riding shoes with a check on fit when they arrive, and the possibility of orthotics in the future.

Dr Floyd was my go to foot and ankle doctor before I moved to AZ. Today I saw him again and he was just as amazing as ever! Listened to my symptoms and taped my ankle to provide some much needed relief. Provided a rational follow up plan and laid out all the facts in English! Still the best caregiver ever and still has an amazing, caring staff!

Doctor Floyd is the best doctor I have ever had in my 64 years on Gods green earth. Dr. Floyd listens to you and spends time with you. I’ve been his patient for over 35 years. I have a friend that lives in Arizona and she flies back to Seattle to have Dr. Floyd work on her ailments.
Everyone is friendly and informative. I never have to wait long in the waiting room. I feel like I'm being listened to and have competent medical attention.
