My daughter had a bit of a negative experience at another clinic; but Dr. Floyd was very positive and reassuring. He knew exactly what was wrong and what to do to help my daughter. Here is a bit of advice I can give that I wish I Show morehad done: if you are having trouble with ankle or foot, go to a specialist! My daughter's pediatrician made it worse and wanted to send her to PT, which would have caused more damage.
Dr. Floyd is such a skilled doctor. He is great at keeping us informed and was able to help calm my daughter when she was nervous for her surgery. Very accommodating with getting her 2 surgery’s to fit in not only our schedule butShow more also getting it all done since we had a limited time due to her growth ending. Jess is also phenomenal and my daughter absolutely adores her. Would recommend Dr Floyd and his team!

I love this doctor and the crew. They are all wonderful.
Dr. Floyd is thee best podiatrist in the region! And his MA, Jess, is a shear pleasure to have on your side! From the time you walk through the door to the time you walk out, you feel that you are being heard and attended to.
My daughter has had a few incidents injuring her ankle. When we received less than satisfactory treatment from a primary care, we were referred to Dr. Floyd. Dr. Floyd is confident and positive, he doesn't make guesses. He knows. If I ever need ankle/foot care for myself, I wouldn't look any further than Dr. Floyd.
The Crew at this office are so friendly, engaging and accomodating ! I love going there. They make me feel cared for and heard. Dr. Floyd is patient and caring and does everything he can to answer all questions and concerns. What a breath of fresh air ~

Dr. Floyd addressed my foot issues and advised me on shoes, socks, and how to prepare for a high-mile walking trek. All the clinic team members are friendly, efficient, and helpful.
Don and his staff were great! They are thorough and take time with you! I am so happy I found Don and Lake Stevens Foot and Ankle clinic. We had the best in Tennessee for my daughter and her surgery and we now have the best here in Lake Stevens Washington. I highly recommend!

Dr Floyd is amazing! He took good care of my son and he explained everything in a way that was easy for my son to understand. He answered all of our questions and my son barely had any pain or issues post surgery!

I loved this office, the staff and the doctor were all great - one thing, though... you could lose this Tebra service - it's too much ! Love staying in touch - but not twice a day !
