Douglas Constant, MD, is a board-certified pain management physician at the 360 Orthopedic locations in Sarasota and Lakewood Ranch, Florida. He specializes in interventional treatments of the neck and spine and has a special interest in all forms of spinal injections, including epidural and facet injections and ablations. Dr. Constant performs advanced procedures such as Vertiflex and MILD (Minimally Invasive Lumbar Decompression) for spinal stenosis, spinal cord stimulation, and peripheral nerve stimulation (PNS), including SPRINT, Nalu, and Nevro systems. He also offers the Intracept procedure, treats vertebral compression fractures with kyphoplasty, and manages pelvic fractures with sacroplasty. Additionally, he provides Botox therapy for chronic migraine headaches.
Dr. Constant obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Naval Academy and received his Medical Degree from Tulane University School of Medicine. He completed his Anesthesiology Residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB), where he was selected by his peers and faculty as Chief Resident. He then went on to complete his pain fellowship at Harvard Medical School. He is board-certified in anesthesiology and pain medicine.

I've been going to Dr. Graham for many years and had foot surgery by him July 2021. Since then when I need to go back, he's always pleasant, thorough and explains things in detail. He doesn't rush to surgery and gives you options. I highly recommend Dr. Graham.

DR Lento has such an amazing understanding of his profession. Many do, but he also explained the issues in language that I could understand, he is patient and has a very nice "bedside manor" As far as I am concerned, I would not even consider going to a different orthopedic physician. Pat Dodge
