I started to see Dr Baker about two years ago and when I first started going to her I could barely walk. I had a serious back injury and I had two spinal surgeries. Dr Baker took the time to figure out what was going on and now I Show moream actually walking without a cane or any other mobility assistance device. I have been to several other pain management doctors and none of them made any progress with my case. Dr Baker was the first doctor to figure out that my problem was not just my back but that I had other issues with my hips as well. I had almost given up on ever walking without a cane or rollator ever again but after two years under her care I have made so much progress and I am grateful to Dr Baker for that. She is the best doctor I have ever had and I highly recommend her to anyone who needs a good pain management doctor.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Elizabeth Baker for severe pain due to a fractured back. She has been wonderful! Dr. Baker began her professional pursuits at Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, where she earned her undergraduate degree in biology. She subsequently enrolled at the Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians & Surgeons in New York City and obtained her Doctor of Medicine. Following graduation, Dr. Baker completed an internship in internal medicine and a residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation, both at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center, also in New York City.
Dr. Baker is board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation, electrodiagnostic medicine, and pain medicine. She also serves as medical director of rehabilitation medicine at Englewood Hospital in Englewood, New Jersey, and as assistant clinical professor of rehabilitation at Columbia University.
As a pain management specialist, Dr. Baker loves working with patients to ease discomfort, encourage mobility, and improve quality of life. She’s a former dancer and has a special interest in diagnosing and treating conditions that affect dancers and musicians. Specifically, she has years of experience administering spine, muscle (trigger point and Botox®), and joint injections. Dr. Baker also offers regenerative medicine using platelet-rich plasma (PRP), a cutting-edge technique used to treat chronic tendinitis.

Dr Baker listened and answered all my questions, I have complete trust in Dr Baker.
The Dr. is the best, however her assistant is difficult in her delivery of concern and does not listen to the need of the patient. I am there for the Dr. and that is primary. I repeat she is knowledge based, professional in her delivery and time spent.
From the moment you make your appointment until the time you leave, the staff is both friendly and professional. Dr. Baker is very knowledgeable, prepared for the appointment and treats you as an individual. She is extremely knowledgeable and refreshingly approachable. She explains in detail and answers all of your questions without making you feel inadequate or as though you are being a bother.

Some time ago my cardiologist recommended see Dr Elizabeth Baker for my knee and ankle issues. On Feb 6, 2024 I had appt with her for first time. No disappointment. She was warm, friendly and thoroughly knowledgeable, listening, explaining and didn’t felt rushing. Anyway let’s see what future holds in coming visits and therapies.
The entire office and medical staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve been seeing another pain management doctor, but their approach is more generic. I was referred to Dr. Baker by my neurologist, because my pain is largely in my lumbar spine and hip. Dr. Baker asks good questions, has a friendly and professional manner, and is capable of tailoring a pain management program to my specific needs. I would recommend Dr. Baker to anyone who needs help with spine and related pain management.
