I was referred by word of mouth after my daughters PCP & Mt. Hermon didn’t have any available appointments to see her for an ear infection. I did not want to sit at the hospital for hours to get a RX. I called and was still wShow moreithin their walk-in window hours. I was in & out in 30 minutes and the prescription was sent before I got in my car good. Centra said I could walk in but when I got there was told to come back in five hours to be seen smh. Great service from entire staff at Complete care!
The office is always clean, cold, but clean😂. From the receptionist, the tech, and Physician they are all welcoming. I was recommended to come, and I now recommend to start journeys here. Within a year she has been able to bring mShow morey blood pressure down from "stroke levels" to normal readings, but for me that requires only 2 different medication. 👏🏾🙌🏾 I am very thankful for Elizabeth Harris.

Went well overall. The wait wasn’t long and the process was pretty straightforward. The staff was friendly and it was a pretty smooth process from checking in, to being seen, to leaving.
I was a walk in today, I did not have to wait long at all. I was in and out of there in less than an hour. Staff is very friendly, I really like this group.
I had been in the hospital for over three weeks and they needed a review of their care Mrs Harris checked and corrected the medication she is always great I found I have a ULI which she sent in a prescription for me.
Very poor service. Doctor did nothing to help my daughter. Was only there 5 minutes. Told to come back another year. HIGHLY RECOMMEND DON'T GO HERE!@@!!@

Liz is the kindest provider. She listens to your concerns and does EVERYTHING to resolve them. She educates and makes you feel part of your care instead of a patient who is given a bunch of instructions and meds without explanation. I will continue to see her because she makes you feel like you matter. She genuinely loves and cares for her patients and it shows.

Went in as a 1st time patient. After filling out the paper work I may have been in the waiting room 5 minutes before getting called back. Staff was nice and Elizabeth was a great person to work with. I may have just found my new primary
