Dr. Knott has improved my life significantly in such a short time. She wants to actually listen to her patient, and not just throw a random medication out hoping it works enough for them. I’ve put off therapy for a long time due to anxiety, but she put me at ease the very first visit. I would highly recommend Dr. Knott to anyone.

I came into grow therapy unsure and on the brink of collapse as my anxiety was starting to take hold of me. My provider Ellen Knott was such a blessing to me. I have never done therapy before and I was very nervous and my anxiety was already maxed. She made me feel very comfortable. I told her things in the first session I haven't told anyone. She made me feel very comfortable and actually listened to me. Im only 6 weeks fro when I started and I am night and day better. Im so grateful!!!

I had been seeing a previous provider at a different agency for over a year. It had been one frustrating thing after another so I began searching elsewhere. I scheduled for an appointment a few days later with Ellen Knott. The scheduling was so easy and I got in very quickly. She was kind and truly listened to what I was saying. We worked on medications and addressing my mental health through processing. She met me where I was at and I am truly thankful for each time I meet with her.
