Dr. Luo is one of the few doctors has patiently listened to my various pain concerns. He is very polite, professional and has great bedside manner. It is very refreshing. I am a 20 year US Army Retiree and Total and Permanent DisaShow morebled Veteran. He and his staff has given better care than my whole time at the Pain Management Department at the Brooke Army Medical Center. I used to have to wait up to four months for follow up appts and have to repeatedly call to get an appointment. The staff there would not contact you back. No the case at all here. Dr. Luo’s staff professionalism at the Westover Hills Clinic location is fantastic. They make me look forward to attending my pain appointments. I hope I had the option to get a referral to his clinic years before.

Enrique was raised in South Texas. He graduated in 2006 from the University of Texas at San Antonio with his bachelor’s degree in biology. He then went on to pursue further education, enrolling at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and completing his master’s degree in physician assistant studies in 2020.
Since graduating from the program, Enrique has worked as a physical therapy assistant and surgical technician. He has over 10 years of experience in providing exceptional patient care. Dr. Luo is a wonderful doctor. He’s patient, listens to you, and explains things well to be sure you understand. You can tell that he cares about his patients and works to be sure you’re not in pain. His office is very efficiently run. I never have had to wait but a few short minutes to be seen for my appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Luo.
