What a great find ! Have been in Redlands for a few months and had no idea of this Urgent Care location The place is super clean, people are kind and welcoming I waited less than 15min Saw the PA, not super personable, but Show moreI understand his job is not to make personal connections but examine/diagnose patients which he did stellarly . I’m now medicated and hope to be over this infection soon Will definitely recommend this place and be back if ever in need of urgent care again
My visit started with a warm and friendly receptionist, after waiting maybe 5 minutes I was called back by a equally warm and friendly nurse, then the doctor came in and within minutes answered my questions, helped me, educated meShow more a bit and I was out within 30 minutes total and no medicine which was great! I highly recommend this Urgent Care.

From the time my husband and I first walked into the office and saw only 1 person waiting. That was surprising. Every thing after that was smooth sailing It was all done efficiently and taken care of what was needed. That I'm grateful for.

The doctor was nice enough but when I tried to explain what I did for a living he seemed like he was getting agitated. Finally he said my job will let me know what I can and cannot do. I said ok and he left the room.

I appreciate all his help and have contacted primary and scheduled appointment.👍🏻 he also took the time to clip and send in a culture to send to the lab for testing which I totally appreciate!
