I’m only 6 weeks in, but the support I’ve gotten is exactly what I’ve needed. They don’t focus on quick and easy weight loss. They encourage you to lose weight while making life changes that are sustainable so much further past yoShow moreur goal. Eating better, moving your body etc. also really encouraging and realistic about not being perfect 100 % of the time just trying you best and moving forward. I cannot wait to see where I’m at a year from now but I already feel a shift in my mind set then the other multiple times I’ve tried on my own.
Erin continues to help me in ways that both comfort and surprise me...if I want to deviate she goes with it and builds on it like merely changing the way you travel just a bit but never losing focus...I love that....you have someoShow morene truly with you through all the life stuff and boring stuff with a smile and attitude "okay you ready..let's do this...move forward" and surprisingly that feels good because it has somehow become your norm...I love you guys!

I had a good relationship with Erin who answered all my questions and provided me with other suggestions in keeping my meals from becoming boring.
