Would love a timely appointment, If my appointment is at 9am and I sit in the lobby for some time and then get escorted to a room where I will be seen and it’s now 10:15. Why? I respect your time why don’t you respect my time? If you are not going to see me until 10:15 why am I’m here at 9 AM? If the patients before me are taking your time chatting and and showing you pictures of their grandchildren make them wait. The walls are thin here and I can all. God forbid HIPPA

Dr. Francis and her staff are wonderful to work with. The entire staff is knowledgeable at their department of the doctor's office. Everyone demonstrates professionalism and compassion each time I have a visit.

It's been a very long time that I've felt, heard and seen. Dr. Francis and Jessica were professional, kind and attentive. My one complaint was with the male nurse. He said some odd things that irritated me. I never felt afraid or uncomfortable but he offered personal info that I found odd and he would start talking when the dr was talking.
All the employees are very nice and professional. Eva Francis is fantastic.
