I was a patient with Dr Ginsburg for over 20 years, was a little apprehensive when Dr Francis took over his business. So .... I decide to give her a try. They were nothing short of awesome! I came in without an appointment for some pain in my throat that I was experiencing. They saw me within an hour and were very thorough in explaining things to me. I highly recommend this famiShow morely practitioner and her office staff. Very professional!

Eva is a wonderfully kind, compassionate and knowledgeable doctor. I have felt cared for and valued by her every step of the way. While Eva is wonderful, the office and specifically front desk is run poorly. As a professional that manages a business myself, I feel that there is always something entered incorrectly and the wait time is not appropriate. The person at the front desk is never friendly, doesn’t greet you and never even asks for my information when I walk in. Eva is amazing though!
My first visit with Ms Francis exceeded my expectations. She took exceptional time getting to know me and my health in order to best prescribe correction for the situation. If you are in the need of a PCP, I strongly recommend her.
I left work early to be on time for my appointment and had to wait an hour. And no one acknowledged my wait or apologized. At least acknowledge it and try to seem apologetic.
