It's been a very long time that I've felt, heard and seen. Dr. Francis and Jessica were professional, kind and attentive. My one complaint was with the male nurse. He said some odd things that irritated me. I never felt afraid or uncomfortable but he offered personal info that I found odd and he would start talking when the dr was talking.
