I was diagnosed with Type 1 Juvenile Diabetes January 1, 2000. In those 25 years I have NEVER had an A1C below 7.2 my A1C is now 6.8. I know it is all because Faith took the time to really listen. I want to thank her and her stafShow moref for everything they have done and continue to do for me and there other patients. Thanks again!!

Faith is a very kind, knowledgeable provider who always takes time to listen to your concerns, thoroughly goes over your lab work and explains things to you. She and her staff really care.
