Fermin has a heart for his patients and passion for the work he does. I’m not even sure he’d call it “work”. He saw all 4 of my kids last minute and ran over into his lunch because they randomly all 4 got sick at school today. We Show morewouldn’t want to take our kids or family anywhere else. Palestine is so blessed to have an NP like Fermin Cruz who listens and cares about his patients. Thank you again Dr. Cruz.
Very pleased. The front dest ladies were nice and welcoming, nurse was super awesome and down to earth, very caring, RN Fermin was thoughtful, thorough and paid attention to my ailments. He talked to me not AT me. DefinitelyShow more recommend him and the office to others!

He is the best. He listens to your concerns. He discusses multiple avenues of treatment. All around A+

Top Shelf medical care. Dr. Cruise is a treasure. He made my Mom fell right at home. To say he is wonderful is an understatement. His staff is second to none. They all went above and beyond my expectations and made my Mom fell at ease. I cannot recommend them enough.
Dr. Fermin is very professional. He writes notes instill of taking them in the computer. I like that very much. He remembered problems from the first appointment. He is very professional and remembers from the notes he has taken last time I was there. His office help is a nice lady. His nurse is sweet. Makes you feel comfortable before the doctor comes in. I feel comfortable talking to Dr. Fermin, He called me himself instead of his nurse to let me know my test results. Definitely recommend!!

I just wanna say when I first came to the doctor when I walked in the office. It started there as a lady that checked me in was so nice and helpful and then next we had Amber the nerves which is amazing. I love her and everything about her and then Dr. Cruz he is the best he is so nice so sweet And I will continue to go there and I’ve gone to my doctor for 11 or 12 years but I have changed to Dr. Cruz. You need to go. You will love it. Great experience.
I went to the same Dr for years and of course, as it goes, Doctors retire. I was not looking forward to finding a new one. I found this doctor by accident and it was the best accident I could have made. I have referred every person in my family and any friends that needed a Doctor.. My wife has medical problems and I breath easier knowing she has someone that cares so much.. They go above and beyond here!
