My doctor is great! However the administration area needs improvement: the protocol that I was informed about was to call upon arrival and stay in the car until “a room is ready “. Makes perfect sense but when I arrived and tried Show moreto call as instructed was instantly placed on hold for long enough that I disconnected and called again. And again until finally I was able to speak with the receptionist to leave my phone#. She called later to tell me come in and all was well after that.
I had a very thorough physical today. Dr. Aboul NASR and his staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and honestly the best medical staff I know. I started up with Dr. Nasr after Dr. Sampson retired I am totally pleased with him. Show moreI recommended him to two of my friends. They now go to him too and both love him and his staff. He also follows up to make sure I stay healthy.

Always have good relations with office people my nurse Susan and Dr. Aboul- Nasr.
Waiting time was minimal. Waiting area aligned with COVID guidelines. Masks were worn by all patients and staff. Our nurse is always friendly and competent. She truly cares about her patients. Dr. Nasr instills confidence and listens to us.

The office staff is always friendly and helpful and my appointments are kept in a timely manner. Susan is one of the most efficient nurses I have ever seen. Should I have a question , her return calls are prompt and efficient. Dr. About-Nasr is excellent!! Very good doctor!

My visit with Dr. Aboul Nasr was all I could have hoped for. The examination was thorough and the doctor addressed all my health concerns and gave me directions on how to proceed from here on. I am totally satisfied with the care I received.
No nonsense physician. Listens to you and recommends course of treatment including recommendation for diagnostic tests and referral to appropriate care specialist as required. Shows genuine concern for you as more than just a patient!
