Dr. Gemaine Owen, MD, is one of the best doctors I have worked with in my eighty years of life and 75 years of Doctor visits. She helps me to understand the problems that develop from growing older and is strong enough to be persistent when I am wrong about something.

Dr. Gemaine inspires confidence in me that I will continue to live a long and healthy life. She is not only a great doctor but also a wonderful human being. As I age, my issues are more complex, and symptoms are common to several different diseases. Since my first visit with her, I have considered her a partner in my healthcare. The office is one of my happy places, and I have never suffered through a long, noisy wait.
Punctual and respectful
I waited for more than an hour for my appointment. When I queried for an estimated time as to when I would be seen, the front-end personnel gave no explanation; rather quickly offered to reschedule the appointment to the following week.
Dr. Owen is an excellent Doctor who diligently works to solve your medical problems and/or refer you to a local specialist. She is also the author of a book on surviving Cancer based on her personal experience. Even then, she is still willing to work with you as you choose to walk a different path than her own experience.

I am really impressed by Dr. Owen's observational powers in picking up small changes and "minor details," which is particularly important with an old person like myself who is constantly changing. She also has an incredible desire to learn about any change she has not yet experienced. It is hard for me to imagine a better personal care Physician.
