I was very happy with the staff .
The medical staff is good and what they do, the doctor seemed to care about his patients and takes his time to explain what's going on to the patient, there is mostly seniors so you should have the TV on sometime looking at old TV shows programs, that will keep everyone very comfortable, thank you have a nice day.

4 stars because of the wait and parking. There is plenty of PAID parking and electronic kiosks to take and 'read' your parking ticket. Street parking is busy and restrictive so read ALL the signs. Be prepared to WAIT even if you arrive early or on time for a scheduled appointment. Also, if you have trouble standing for long periods bring a walker with a built in seat or a wheelchair. There are quite a few patients who have physical challenges, and they come with family or aide support so this makes the waiting room fill up fast. I never really meet with Dr. Helmy but the rest of his staff is usually thorough, competent and give clear explanations and are willing to answer any questions. If you have specific questions or concerns I suggest you write them down and bring them with you. My experience has been they go over lab and test results thoroughly then ask if you have questions. They're so thorough that I forget my questions if I still have any.

They are very prompt and taken care of their patients they're also the most courteous people I know and you always feel like you're in good hands with the doctors when they're speaking with you they fully give you an understanding of what's going on what treatment you're going to have and so forth I really appreciate the doctors and the nurses at this facility and I will highly recommend them to any and everyone that I can.
Poor experience. The ladies in front purposely kept me there for more than 3 hours just to see the doctor to go through all my test results. I had come on different days to do different tests and return monitor device. I was scheduled to come back and see doctor to review all my tests results and I waited from 10:15 am to 1:01pm and they called me to check my Blood Pressure and weight and I was again sent back outside to wait for a room. I was finally called by 1:35 into a room to see doctor. The visit with Doctor was just 7 minutes long. Why schedule me for 10:15 am if you will schedule other persons to see the doctor at the same time? I understand if it’s 30 minutes after the scheduled time but more than 3 hours wait is not professional at all. Poor customer service

The faculty and staff are very helpful they tend to to your need for your health they consist to multiple evaluations to help us patients even when I'm in pain they make sure to check on me and I'm thankful for that.

I waited 2 hours AGAIN, just like the other two times I visited for my check up. Some of the staff in the front office are nice. Dr. Ibrahim wasn't available because of an emergency so I got nurse onsteascŕ
I arrive 30 minutes early, only to find out 45 minutes later that they had me down for no appointment, which I have matell me if they had something later on.I will just have to wait.Big confusion about being a new patient or an old Patient Arrived at nine thirty didn't get out of there Until 12:00pm
