Dr. Atkins and his team are absolutely the best! I had a septoplasty about 20 years ago but had lingering sinus problems. During my first visit Dr. A took images, showed me the problems and described how he would fix them. He is hShow moreighly experienced, a straight shooter and very trustworthy. I signed up for surgery right away - balloon sinuplasty and other adjustments. Procedure was yesterday. After effects minimal and I am very optimistic. All of his team are wonderful! Most highly recommend!
Suffering from head pain for 5 years been the many doctors that never gave me a diagnosis until I saw Dr Atkin, my goodness he is the best. He found the problem not just that he is super professional.

Office staff and care givers were excellent, including Dr. Atkins. Only problem, which was VERY annoying, was that several days before the appointment I spent about 2 hours at home filling out 8 or 9 pages of medical history, etc. I pulled records etc. so I could get everything right. I electronically signed all necessary areas and sent to Dr.s office with verification of being sent. However, after arriving for my appt. I was asked to fill out all the information again. BOOOO!

Dr. Atkins and his team are amazing! Unlike other ENT offices where I couldn’t even see the doctor, Dr. Atkins met with me from day one and quickly figured out my issue. He recommended surgery, and his team made me feel comfortable every step of the way. The results have been great, and they even made the insurance process stress-free. Highly recommend!

we drove 5 hours to see the Dr, because i had some major work done 4 years ago and he did an excellent work. This Dr. is very knowledgeable and has excellent experience and great bedside manners. Well worth the drive.
I recently had a sinuplasty and septoplasty with Dr. James Atkins, and the entire experience was excellent. From the first consultation, Dr. Atkins explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and made me feel confident about the procedure. His calm and caring approach put me at ease right away. On the day of surgery, his staff was welcoming, professional, and reassuring. They made what could have been a stressful day feel smooth and simple.
Absolute wonderful experience
What a great experience. The office staff was very seeet and kind. They make you feel welcomed as soon as you enter the office. They pulled me back quickly and everyone is joyful. I felt good energy being there. The doctor made me fell comfortable and explained all the things I needed to hear. I was able to fill out all documents prior to the appointment so it made Che k in an easy task. I will definitely recommend this office to friend and family.

very fast and to the point, no waiting in a room by yourself, reading the same poster on the wall over and over again until the Doc comes in! It was actually a complete different experience than the normal Doc office visit, and I look forward to my next visit believe it or not!!!
Dr. Atkins and his staff provide excellent service, support, and follow-up. He performed surgery once in 2020 and corrected my sinus block medical issue quickly. A New issue developed on this date - Severe nasal congestion. Current visit results - He and his staff quicky performed scans and tests and identified the new issue and came up with a excellent treatment plan.
