I called at 12:20 pm to see if Dr Klepper was on schedule for my 1pm appointment. I was told that he was actually seeing the patient scheduled right before my appointment at 12:20 I arrived at the office at 12:50 and waited to be Show morebrought in for exam at 1:35, nurse took information & did ekg, then I sat in office till 2:05 when dr klepper finally arrived I am very upset that I waited over an hour past scheduled time to see Dr klepper , something doesn’t add up in this visit timeline, doubtful that patient prior to me took 1 & 1/2 hours…? My time is valuable also! BTW I actually like Dr Klepper just don’t like excessive wait times & no I do not want to be contacted regarding this visit , a phone call won’t change my distasteful visit, just wish I was told the truth when I called so I could relax at home instead of waiting over an hour to see my Dr in office Thanks
I have been a patient of Dr. James Klepper for over 25 years. My wife and 21 and 19 year sons are patients as well. He is the nicest doctor on the planet. But he is the most through, competent and let get to the bottom of what eveShow morer is going on right away doctor. My family has a history of certain medical conditions that can be inherited and Dr. Klepper takes it very seriously with bi yearly check ups and tests. Dr. Klepper is highly highly recommended by me and my wife. That’s why all our friends began to go to him as well.

Dr. Klepper is the best. He is honest and his advice has always been right. The new assistant Ryan is so nice and makes you feel he really cares about you. Great newbie to the practice.

I was taken care of by Ryan (a medical assistant) and Dr. Klepper. Ryan was very professional, courteous, and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Klepper was very informative and thorough. He explained everything in detail and unlike other doctors I have seen (not at this practice), didn't make me feel rushed. I would recommend.

Seemed very, very thorough..
Always more than just a “drs visit” the staff has been there for so long (which is a testament to the drs) they’re more like friends than office staff. Everyone is professional, friendly, caring and try to move things as quickly as possible. I hope I never have to find another doctor. Dr Klepper is one of a kind….. not just an outstanding doctor but has the old fashioned quality of making you feel like an old friend not a patient. Love him and the whole crew. Xxxxxx

Dr. Klepper is a very good cardiologist. I also use him as my primary care physician. I am happy with the care he has given me, and I've been a patient of his for over 10 years. The office is clean and the staff very accommodating.
The staff is always courteous, friendly and efficient. Dr Klepper is thorough and I always feel heard. Appointments generally run close to schedule, but even today, when it was running a bit behind, I didn't feel rushed.

The wait time was a bit excessive, approximately 40 minutes however the front receptionist said that they had 2 emergencies that disrupted the office, so it was somewhat understandable. Dr Klepper was very professional and caring as always.
