Jennifer is the best. I’ve been seeing her weekly for over a year for good reason. She is very knowledgeable and a good communicator. She is reliable and always punctual. She is also personable, so while our appointments are virtual, our relationship feels like our appointments must have been in-person. Jennifer is also an effective listener and makes me feel heard and understood. She is also very insightful and helpful related to areas like mental health which has been a delightful surprise.
She has changed the way I look at health care and how a provider can care for someone. Above and beyond are the main words that come to mind when I think of her and the way she has continued to treat me.
