Front desk was very welcoming , I bad with names I think it was Ciana, I was checked in promptly and able to change the time for a blood draw, and then I was quickly taken to an exam room. The tech Emily I think took my vitals anShow mored wrote down my symptoms and reason for my visit, which was a follow up on a throat swap I had taken the day before at the Eastern location, Durango closer to home but they just got setup to take my insurance. Jennifer was great, pleasant caring, easy to talk too.
I found this place recently and I couldn’t be happier with the entire staff. Jennifer Walker is very helpful and takes the time to listen to you. You don’t feel rushed and she gives you the opportunity to make informed decisions Show moreabout your treatment. Everyone from the receptionist to the people that take your vitals are welcoming! And as a bonus you get seen at your scheduled appointment time! No waiting in the lobby for hours.

Jennifer is great. I was able to be seen quickly, she addressed my concerns, submitted a Rx and I was on my way. This facility is super convenient and Jennifer really listens to her patients.
Friendly staff and I did not have to wait to be seen. Highly recommended.
Amazing staff, in and out
I had a doctors appointment this afternoon with Jennifer Walker and I have to say she was amazing answered every question that I had was extremely helpful and listened to what I was saying, and not only her, but her assistant is amazing and even the front desk is incredible. We would return.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had with a primary care physician. I felt that she genuinely cared about my well being and wanted to get to the root of the issue. I left calling my mom & husband bragging about how good of an experience I had and was so thankful that I switched PCPs and finally found a physician that makes me feel like she genuinely cared.

We had to drive across town of Henderson to the office on the corner of Durango and Warm Springs. Jennifer and the rest of the staff were outstanding, which is much appreciated when having to drive from Wagon Wheel and I-11. The vibe of the new office is also very welcoming.

Good quick morning appointment on a Saturday, who could ask for better!
Jennifer is amazing and I feel like she really listened and gave me the opportunity to ask questions also. This was my follow up appointment after blood results and we came up with a plan.

I have been going to Healthexpress for over 3 years now., the Durango office. This is also my 3rd DR as somehow staff keeps disappearing just as you start to build a relationship with them so they know your medical history etc, like any other DR would. Today I find out when I arrive for my appt that as of 8\21 they no longer accept blue shield\blue cross “in network” but they will cut us a deal cash price at $50 co pay. Receptionist could not answer my question as to why. Very disappointed.

I have to give credit where it’s due. The provider listened to my concerns, she even came up with a plan to get this mama bear back into feeling better. I couldn’t thank the staff enough for allowing they do!

This was our first visit, and I couldn’t be happier with the level of my daughter and I received from Jennifer Walker.
