Jenn took a lot of time to talk to me and explain/show me muscle structure and function, and where my pain was coming from. It was fascinating. I’ve had a terrible dry needling experience in the past so I was scared to do it. But Show moreshe went slow and only as much I was comfortable with. Even though we didn’t do much, my hip already has a ton more flexibility this morning than I’ve had in almost 20 years. It’s like magic. I’m looking forward to my next appointments, even with the dry needling.
