Jessica is a family nurse practitioner who specializes in integrative health and wellness. She has worked as a clinical consultant for The Great Plains Laboratory for 5 years, interpreting test results and developing treatment plans unique to each patient’s biochemistry. She currently teaches courses for Psychiatry Redefined, an integrative fellowship program for psychiatrists and mental health nurse practitioners who are learning integrative approaches to neurological health and wellness. She has owned and operated an integrative private practice for 5 years and is licensed in multiple states to meet the needs of her patients.
Jessica enhances both quality and quantity of life using non-invasive techniques as often as possible. Her therapies often include dietary and lifestyle modifications, supportive medications, supplements, and psychological support.
