Dr. John Grammer is a Board Certified physician in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and has been serving patients at The Women’s Group in Pensacola, Florida since 2001.
Dr. Grammer has served our community on the board of the Healthy Start Coalition as vice president from 1997-1998 and president from 1999-2000. Dr. Grammer is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Clinical Sciences at the Florida State University College of Medicine. He is the recipient of the FSUCOM 2014 Part-time Clinical Faculty Teaching Award in Obstetrics & Gynecology at Sacred Heart Hospital - Pensacola and the 2008 Mission Model Award for the Pensacola Regional Campus.
Dr. Grammer has additional training in surgical use of the laser and laparoscopic procedures, including the supercervical laparoscopic hysterectomy. He has extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of urinary incontinence, both medical and surgical. Basic infertility diagnosis and treatment is also available. Dr. Grammer also performs some surgeries using the daVinci Surgical System at Baptist and Ascension Sacred Heart hospitals.
Dr. Grammer was born in El Paso, Texas and has lived in numerous locations throughout the United States and abroad as the son of an Army officer. He is married to Terrie and has three children. He enjoys music, hunting, deep sea fishing, salt water aquariums, gardening and spending time with his family.

I love Dr grammer and his staff great clinic and it was my first time meeting them.
He was very personable and professional.
I felt valued, heard, and understood as a client. Grammer was very thorough and I was able to make an informed decision about the procedure I chose. He informed me of certain risks and long term benefits of the procedure. At the hospital, prior to surgery, Dr. Grammer stopped by to confirm the surgery to be performed and any additional procedures included. I have friends in the medical field who speak highly of Dr. Grammer. Not only was my impression about Dr. Grammer reassuring; hearing it from trusted friends made it even more so.
Dr. Stuart and Brenda were very attentive and answered my questions.

Dr. Stuart was very thorough and listened intently. It was my first visit with him and he inquired about my previous medical history. He wasn’t in a hurry to leave the room and even asked how I liked the are because we hadn’t lived here for long. He made me feel comfortable from the time he introduced himself. And his nurse, Brenda, was very friendly as well.
Dr. Stuart is always professional and caring. He delivered both of my girls almost 23 years ago. I'm glad that I can still be a patient of his. He cares for his patients and doesn't seem to be in a rush when he is with me. He answers any questions I have and he has a pleasant spirit. Although i don't see him often ,He is my favorite doctors. God bless Dr. Stuarthealth and life.
De Grammer and his nurse were great but if your office wants me to be there 15min prior to my appt they should b there...

Dr Grammer is the most caring, knowledgeable, and compassionate OBGYN’s in the area, and beyond. He answered every question throughout my pregnancies, and made me the most comfortable patient during my deliveries. He is an incredible advocate for his patients. I could never give him enough thanks for the way he cared for me and my babies. My husband and I both love Dr Grammer. The entire office staff is wonderful as well. I cannot give them enough recommendations. They deserve all the stars.

Dr Gramma delivered my twin girls almost 12 years ago. He took care of me and them. So, when i found out my daughter had an ovarian tumor, i knew exactly who i wanted to take care of her. He is wonderful and the support staff are amazing. You can trust him.

Dr. Prafke has been amazing in providing care for my complicated medical history. She is compassionate and listens to my concerns. She looks at my whole health picture when making recommendations. I trust her with my healthcare.

I cannot say enough about Dr Stewart. When he walks into the room, he has a thorough knowledge of your background and has a great bedside manner. Most importantly, yesterday he found a lump in my breast that I cannot feel, again thorough! Highly recommend!
Dr. Sid worked me in when I called with a concern. He immediately followed up and by the end of the day I had appointments for the follow up care.

Dr. Stuart has been my Dr. for over 30 years . To me he’s the best Dr. and a friend to me and my family . He delivered 6 of our sons. I can’t say enough about him but that he cares for his patients. I’ve referred him to so many and will continue.
