My visits are always pleasant and if I’m having pain Dr Toulson helps me. I always feel comfortable and welcome in the clinic, however I often forget, to ask questions. I am looking forward to my second knee replacement, which wilShow morel be in a few short days, January 27 at PRESBYHospital on Highway 75 at Exchange. I have confidence in him as my surgeon and am hoping Brian is assisting with him as well as Ms Bic…..Hoping again for an epidural/saddle block like last time. No nausea after surgery and quick to feel recovered. I am hoping for two nights Visit at Hosp, being released Sunday morning. I will be bringing my breathing CPAP Machine, my ice machine and new attachment purchased from Ms Janese at clinic. Should I bring my walker or will they use one from hospital facility to walk me in the hallway? I have been having very severe sciatic issue on that operated leg and Dr. Toulson assured me he would inject something in my IV that could give me a few days or hopefully weeks of relief. I consider myself acing the first surgery but that SCIATIC has crippled and prevented me from having a more complete recovery. I do not like not being more successful in my healing and I’m looking forward to making this second surgery a winner. I congratulate Dr. Toulson and his clinic in making the physical moved to a new location. I look forward to, hopefully, a sketch of sorts showing me exact location. I am picturing you on the East Side of 75 close to Medical City McKinney hospital. I never go that direction, but I will find it for my follow up. I should be able to drive by myself with my good right leg on the pedal…..but Not to the metal. Ha ha I was good to drive in week three with my first replacement. WOO HOO……I am so ready. I could come today. L O L Thank you Alpha Orthopedics, for giving me confidence and assuring me of another job to be well done. When this knee is replaced and I am healed, I may have fewer visits, but will still continue referring all of you to friends with same issues. Amen. See Y’All on Friday.ds
My visits to see Dr Toulson are always most pleasant and fulfilling. My recent surgery at Methodist McKinny was amazing…no pain, no discomfort, nada…..and I had the most pleasant and accommodating nurses, a kind visit from you, DShow morer Toulson….as you were winding your surgery day down and you dropped in to see how I was doing. My pain began, of course, after coming home….but I had the necessary meds to eliminate and I was able to enjoy two weeks of HOME PT. Then I began the more serious three times a week PT just a block from my home in Frisco. I have had the pleasure of each time I mention you, Dr Toulson, receiving great applause and happy exclamations. Everybody who knows you or who has had you as their doctor…LOVES YOU. Speaking for myself, certainly. You did a great job on my KNEE REPLACEMENT and thank goodness I just found this email tonight…..as I was deleting over 5,000 plus emails. LOL. I can hardly wait to see you once again on Oct 6. I am trying hard to be a good patient for you and I’m working hard at PT. I began driving last week and I’m a good driver, careful and courteous and have NO PAIN at all in the driver’s seat. Thank you again and again for such a neat and straight incision on my knee. I know you will be doing the same cool work on my other knee very soon after the holidays. I’m hoping to schedule my appointment this next visit. You are AMAZING….and it is such a pleasure getting to tell you that. See you very soon now, you hear? Respectfully & Fondly, Jan Besson

As always enjoyed my visit. The staff was attentive and courteous. Dr Thompson heard my issue and came up with a plan quickly to fix the issue.
I was supposed to see Dr. Thompson for my new patient appointment but instead saw his PA, Brian I believe was his name. I absolutely loved him! He was professional, fun and witty. I saw him on his birthday! The staff were all great. Overall, my experience was excellent. I am a healthcare professional as well, so there are things I automatically look for when I visit new providers. 5 stars hands down!!! Kudos to everyone I interacted with during my visit. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!!!
Dr. Thompson is a very competent Dr. and is treating both my wife and I. Joint pain, ACL surgeries, ligaments and broken bones........ he has done it all. I would recommend (and have) to friends and family.
Dr. Thompson is always very thorough and informative and short wait times!
Great knowledgeable Doctor, great staff. Highly recommended!
Dr Thompson was very informative and took the time to make sure I new all my options and gave me opportunity to ask question!
Dr. Thompson is very thorough in his explanations. This is my third surgery scheduled with him and he always gives me all of my options, but never pushes me. He gives me time to make my own decision.
Dr. Thompson and his staff are fantastic. They always go above and beyond!
Dr. Thompson was friendly and helpful.
Dr. Thompson was kind, knowledgeable, patient and very caring. He guided me through the results of my MRI and discussed thoroughly the options for my treatment. I felt he respected my situation as he guided me through making the best decision for treatment of my injury. He was a very pleasant surprise!!
Helpful, sincere, patient
Dt Thompson was very thorough & took his time explaining what appears to be going on with my knees, and outlined a treatment plan to get me feeling better. Great experience.
Very professional and made my 93 year old mom feel very important which many places disregard because of her age. They were quick and took care of my mom wonderfully.
Dr. Thompson was very nice and knowledgeable about my injury.
Not a reflection of Dr Thompson medical skills which are excellent but today I had a 10:15 reservation and did not see the Dr until 11:15. No one came to see me to explain the one hour delay sitting by myself in the examination room.
Absolutely love the detail given to his patients and how he explains in detail the process to achieve your healing.
Dr Thompson is very knowledgeable and explains everything he is going to do and actually listens to the patient. He doesn’t hide anything and gives you options as to how you can live or treat the issue that you are experiencing. I have been under his care before 2012-to currently. I definitely trust his opinion and I know his patient care I give him 5Stars!
Dr. Thompson is a caring, very well qualified and experienced physician, I found him to be a pleasant individual who listens and explains at a level that is understandable. Subsequent follow ups have been on the same level. Dr. Thompson works closely with Methodist Physical Therapy (which is located in the McKinney facility) who are aware of his requirements and work in close liaison with his office.
Dr. Thompson and his staff are very nice and thorough. I never leave with outstanding questions. He doesn't seem to be judgmental, like so many other specialists that I've visited with my husband. I feel very comfortable and appreciate that he, and his staff, make me feel at ease.
Dr. Thompson was amazing! Very friendly, knowledgeable and took time to clearly explain things and address my questions. I did not feel rushed at all. He also wanted to start with the most conservative treatment approach first and go from there, which I really appreciated.
Good
Very thorough, excellent staff, helpful, went above and beyond to get my surgery scheduled quickly, excellent patient care
Pinpointed problem and gave solution to solve it.
Dr Thompson was knowledgeable and attentive. He was patient and took the time to explain the surgical process in a way that was simple and easy to understand.
From beginning to surgery, each member of the team showed great professionalism and concern. Care was given to explain every step in understandable language. A difficult situation was made as easy as possible.
Great Dr but they had my appointment wrong
Very professional. Came highly recommended. Helped with my pain
I flew into Texas from Illinois to see Dr. Charles Toulson. The staff was very friendly, professional and accommodating to Sister and myself. The enteractions with Dr. Toulson calmed my anxieties as he discussed finding the solution to my medical situation. I look forward to receiving services and enjoying a life with greater mobility
