We liked the dr a lot but I was very disappointed in the wait time. I must have gotten 8-10 reminder texts, emails and phone calls confirming my 330 appt. Yet we did not see the dr til almost 430. That does not seem fair, especialShow morely when we are planning our day around the appt. Please be more courteous of your patient’s time just as you would like us to be courteous of yours and keeping our appts. Thank u!
I was very pleased with my ability to secure an appointment right away as well as my initial interaction with the staff and Dr. Berlin. At the initial appointment, a biopsy was taken and Rx issued. I was to hear back on the resulShow morets in 5-7 days and after 10 I called as I had not heard. I am taking off 1 star for that. On a side note, Daisy was the nurse who assisted me and she was great.

I needed an appointment so I went online to schedule one. When they couldn't find it they took me anyway and I didn't have to wait very long.
Always methodical in his exam. Leaves nothing to chance. His staff is well trained and the team is a well oiled machine. I wouldn’t think of seeing another dermatologist.
It was great! The staff took care of the issue I had. It is one of the rare offices that still mandates everyone to wear a mask, though.
Friendly staff, on time appointments great experience over all
After various negative experiences at other dermatologist, my visit with Dr. Berlin was beyond what I expected. The check in staff up to the medical staff were very attentive. While in the exam room the medical team was sensitive to my feelings and past experience. Their level of respect and professionalism was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this practice.

The Male PA I saw was exceptional! Took time to explain my condition to me. Great bed side manner. Have seen Dr Berlin in the past who is very knowledgeable.

Everyone was super nice and very efficient. The office was very clean and comfortable. I did not have a long wait. I liked everything about my experience there. Would highly recommend Dr.Berlin.

From the moment I stepped into the waiting room until I left, the entire staff, including reception and the medical team were exceptionally kind, thorough, patient, and professional. The warmth I felt was like none other I’d ever encountered in a doctors office!
