Dr. Klein is excellent! However it’s usually impossible to call you or return a call. Calling the nurses if requested, their Voicemail IS ALWAYS FULL! I HAVE NEVER IN YEARS BEEN ABLE TO GET THROUGH AND IF I COMPLAIN I’M TREATED ASShow more IF ITS MY FAULT AND LYING. AN EASY FIX BUT THE OFFICE REFUSES TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS EASY FIX. If I select the option (2 or 3) the hold time is outrageous or the call is answered with an instant “please hold” and they never come back so the only way to get through is by the emergency option (1). I have given up and usually hop in the car and drive the 20 minutes there and when I arrive am usually still on hold. This questionnaire is a mockery because rather than giving a damn about my honest and true comments, as in the past you’ll be in denial and blame me for being delusional or exaggerating. This scenario has happened over and over and you won’t even admit it which is enough to drive one crazy. I’ve never encountered anything like this in my life especially with a doctor’s office. It’s always busy and the staff can’t handle all the phone calls so hire more people or upgrade the communication system to modern technology. The Call Centers are useless and a waste of money given the current system. Let’s see if you care enough about your patient and don’t automatically reject this by calling me at 631-793-7674 to discuss this openly. I don’t think it’s possible.
I will be 80 in 2 days 8/13. I have been seeing Doctor Klein probably from the first week he started 8 years ago.We have sold our home in Huntington and moved permanently to Fort Myers Fl. He is and always will be my primary physiShow morecian until such time as one is no longer needed. Inconvenience yes ,flying up from Fl to see him but fortunately we have children and grandchildren here on LI. And I look forward to seeing them all and that includes Doctor Klein. There is no Doctor in my 80 years that I feel more comfortable with, that has a better manner with patients and to me the ultimate professional who always makes me feel comfortable in his presence and 100% confident in his diagnosis! Dr. Klein completed a residency at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, New York, where he also did his fellowship in Cardiovascular Medicine and earned recognition as Chief Fellow.
Dr. Klein is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology. He’s authored a major study and several abstracts, as well as done several poster presentations at major conferences.
