She never made me feel rushed and was very attentive. She spent a tremendous amount of time with me. All of the staff are kind and compassionate there. Im new to Maryland and the Havre de Grace area so I based my clinic decision from the yelp.com reviews and boy they did not disappoint! From the front office staff, to the CNA Deb, and then finally Julianna, DNP…they were all excellent! Very kind and caring. Placing me at ease and making me feel so comfortable. I couldn’t be happier to be a new patient in this practice!

I have been a patient at Union Medical for 30+ years! They never disappoint. From scheduling appts to checking in and out to the nurses to the medical assistants to Dr Biondo, to Dr Sim, to Bernadette to Julianna- wonderful caring staff, I can’t even imagine putting my medical care in anyone else’s hands.
