All of the staff is incredibly attentive, and as always, Dr. Rhonda Barak Norris is amazingly intuitive and an incredible doctor
Not happy that I have to drive a second time in the week because they would not let my son and I get our shots after our appointment. We live over 30 minutes away and I also work full-time. I don’t see why we could not just pop over to the shot clinic and sign in. (No new serum, no dose change as we are on maintenance, and shots due) I’m giving a 5 for the people and because I respect Dr. Mayer.
Love the people, but not the new policy that causes me to make a second trip to get a shot when I’m already there for an appointment. I should have the option to sign in the shot area if you need the room.
