So my check in process started off with the front desk sharing there was a miscommunication and my appointment wasn’t on the calendar. She was able to get me taken and honor the time I was scheduled. I greatly appreciated the frShow moreont desk attendants help. The woman who got me taken care at the start and end of my visit was also fantastic. She was very kind and also compassionate. This made my experience so pleasant. When I met with the doctor, she asked me tons of questions and made tons of notes. I felt like she did her best to get me taken care of due to the schedule glitch, but also made sure she was still very thorough. She also gave me the opportunity to express my concerns and share my experience battling cluster headaches. She took into an account medications I have tried and did not work, and shared two alternative treatments. I got tear-eyed just being other options and having hope to treating my symptoms and headaches. Thank you Dr. Eberle and Team! You made my day, week, and hopefully life better!
Well the receptionist was a bit cold, and rushing saying that we were to arrive 30 min early. I have multiple text confirming my appointment, and telling us to arrive 15 min early. So I’m a bit confused on that. Is it 15 or 30. ThaShow moret needs to be clarified. Doctor was very thorough although me not feeling well she spoke really fast and that’s hard for me to keep up with. I probably should have told her I need her to slow down speaking. Anyway I believe we are on the right track just to check out if everything is okay. I would still recommend Dr. Eberly

My Experience With Dr. Kathleen Eberle, Has Always Been Just Great. Thank You .
got to see doctor. quickly. A pleasant surprise.
We saw the doctor 45 minutes after the appointment time. But the visit with the doctor was thorough & not rushed. The doctor was knowledgeable about my case & recommended the next step in determining a diagnosis.
Dr Eberly is terrific She is knowledgeable and knows what is happening when other doctors do not.
The wait time was a bit long, however it was definitely worth it. The office staff was friendly and Dr. E was very thorough.
My visit was Pleasant the doctor and nurses made everything that they were explaining to me so clear and understandable
Very thorough and nice!
I'm very happy with my Dr there and the nurses there and good customer service
Always treated good when I go there. Dr Eberle listens to you, and your concerns.
Dr. Eberly is great she listens too you thank you for your help
Had to wait a hour to see the doctor.
Everything was discussed openly and referred to Physical Therapy, and tests to determine the cause of some of the issue’s.
It was plesant. Love the Dr. She explained what was wrong with me and perscribed medication.
Good service
Good. Hard to understand talking to fast. Hard to keep up
Staff was courteous and professional. Dr Eberle was very informative and related another option of care for my medical issue which I was happy to hear
New patient… Dr. Eberle is absolutely wonderful!!! This is not a complaint but a concern & perhaps only my opinion. The lobby had several glass tables & I heard several patients mention they have seizures. Lobby is rather tight when you have multiple walkers & wheelchairs, etc. Glass is rather unsafe & difficult to see for those with various impairments but then again so is wood.
Very knowledgeable
