I was an a@@ and vented all my frustrations on the one person trying to help me. Through it all Vanessa was calm and polite and talked with me until I I regained my senses. Because of this I can’t comment on her physician’s skiShow morells but I can comment that she is a wonderful person and that is way more than half the equation. Vanessa, again I am sorry for my actions.
Took her time with me and didn't rush me out the door. She is very concerned about her patients. I will continue to see her and recommend her to others. My only problem is with the check out process. It takes to long ! It's not Show moreKatina's fault.

Takes her time to get to know you and your condition. Very respectful and easy to talk to. I won't see anyone but her.
So far all good.
I always have a wonderful experience except for getting my medication

I have been going to Pain Management for years. Dr. Maxfield always listens to your concerns. His bedside manner is amazing, he shows he really cares about his patients. His team is wonderful and caring.
I appreciated your kindness and you being careful with my arms/shoulders.
Great doctor, keeps me able to move
Dr.Maxfield made me feel comfortable. He explained everything he did as he was doing the surgery. Hes a great dr. To have.
You cannot discuss anything with her and if you do she has an attitude about it.
Very nice
Did a great job answering ask my questions and concerns. He was very nice man. Very attentive giving me all info I asked in detail. To bad his transition to be an academic. For he's the best Doctor over meet with since coming to The Pain Clinic
I had to wait 40 minutes before being placed in a treatment room. I was then informed by the staff that I would have to wait another hour or more before being seen. Once I was seen she had no idea as to what to do. She stated she would reach out to the Dr. for help and get back in touch with me for which she never did.
She always listen to me
5 star and more
Very nice and listened to what I had to say and asked me more than once if I had any questions
Dr Maxfield and all of his nurses and staff are amazing.
It was great
Dr. Maxfield was very kind, knowledgeable and thorough, . He answered all my questions and I felt at ease talking to him.
She changed my prescription after reading the previous dosage out loud, and didn't say anything more about about it. She changed it without my knowledge or an explanation! That's unprofessional and a little scary, when a medical provider doesn't thoroughly explain what they are doing regarding a patient's health care.
I felt decent after I went home. I cleaned my work area, made a big dinner, and around 8pm I knocked out. I slept like a baby. Today I’m sore. But I’m still trying to keep busy.
