Kaylee Wilbur is a dedicated Physician Assistant who joined the Southern NH Internal Medicine Associates team in 2025. Her healthcare journey began as a Licensed Nursing Assistant in both nursing home and hospital settings, where she developed a deep passion for patient care. In 2022, she earned her Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from UNH Manchester. She continued her education at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Manchester, NH, where she graduated in 2024 with a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies.
Originally from Derry, NH, Kaylee is excited to bring her skills and expertise to care for patients in her hometown. When not working, she enjoys skiing, hiking, completing puzzles, and reading. Kaylee lives in Derry with her family and their beloved mastiff, Bruiser.

Attentive, listens, great experience
Kaylee Wilbur is an excellent PA, she is attentive, genuinely concerned and very helpful, her ability to diagnose my issues with painful soft tissue on my upper torso, hands, and arms, she observed that it might be Polymyalgia rheumatica, an inflammatory disease most commonly seen in older adults. She prescribed a regiment of Prednisone which helped immensely as prior to the prescription, I had many sleepless nights. I am indebted to Kaylee for her help and diagnosis, and especially her support, care, and prescription of Prednisone. Kaylee is a a stellar asset to SNHIMAS.

Dr Mandel was pleasant and thorough with her examination and ordered labs and x-rays to get to the bottom of my issues.
