Kaylee was patient and empathetic. Had a good bedside manner and wanted to understand my background and reason for coming in. Really took time to listen and understand before making a diagnosis and recommendations. My only challShow moreenge since the appointment was that my prescription was never filled at my pharmacy. Seems like it may have been a technical error, not on Kaylee‘s part, but on the part of Southern New Hampshire internal medicine. I had to call them and request that they resend it to my pharmacy And it still has not been received a day and a half later.

Kaylee Wilbur is a dedicated Physician Assistant who joined the Southern NH Internal Medicine Associates team in 2025. Her healthcare journey began as a Licensed Nursing Assistant in both nursing home and hospital settings, where she developed a deep passion for patient care. In 2022, she earned her Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from UNH Manchester. She continued her education at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Manchester, NH, where she graduated in 2024 with a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies.
Originally from Derry, NH, Kaylee is excited to bring her skills and expertise to care for patients in her hometown. When not working, she enjoys skiing, hiking, completing puzzles, and reading. Kaylee lives in Derry with her family and their beloved mastiff, Bruiser.
She is thrilled to be part of a team that offers high-quality healthcare to the local community and looks forward to building lasting relationships with her patients.

Called in the morning and was seen shortly after that. Kaylee was empathetic and sympathetic in regards to my pain. She guided me to solutions and pain relief. Very pleased with this visit.

Kaylee was attentive and helpful during my visit. It was a sudden request to be seen and I was accommodated quickly. She spent time listening and determining a course of treatment. All Good

Kaylee listened to my concerns about my health and recommended that we get ahead of a more serious illness. Medication was recommended which seems to be helping me to feel better. I was really pleased that she had the time to see me…..and rule out Covid and flu.
