I've been seeing Kenneth Washington for a few years and he is always very professional and actually listens to his patients!! I'm very happy with my course of treatment. The facility itself has went through many changes Show morethat I've noticed. The biggest challenge for me as a patient is that there is no longer in-house lab work. If it's possible to bring lab services back, it would be a blessing.
Mr. Washington is very thorough! I appreciate how he asked the right questions about my health and followed through on my concerns. He also shared with me my vitals and where I am doing well and where he have concerns. I would Show morerefer any of my family are friends to make an appointment with him.

I was pleased with my visit. All my questions and concerns were addressed.. I look forward to my next visit in September. I needed a prescription for itchy ears. The prescription was promptly send to my pharmacy for quick pick up.

This was my second provider at this clinic after the first left with no notification to me and I only learned after leaving multiple messages that went unanswered after several months; was a patient here for about 2 years total. Both providers were terrible. They did not listen to me as a patient, spoke down to me, interrupted me, and I frequently had to repeat myself multiple times during the same visit to have a single thought of mine noted by them. Hugely stressful, added to my health issues.
