Mr. Washington is an amazing PA. He actually takes the time to listen and understand what my issues and concerns are. He doesn’t just rush through the appointment. He is very thorough. Great physician in my opinion.

Mr. Washington and I go way back. He's the best. He really cares about me. I trust his medical knowledge and treatment. I never feel rushed. He listens.
Mr Washington is a very good PA. There’s been a lot of turnover in this office. But Mr Washington has been a good mainstay. Also considering that there hasn’t been a replacement for Dr Jackson physically introduced to patients. My biggest complaint is waiting time before Mr Washington comes in to see patients. There’s at least a 30-45 minute wait.

First visit with Mr. Washington. Minimal waiting. Staff was attentive and efficient. Mr. Washington allowed sufficient time to learn of my history and present health concerns. He reviewed medications and treatments I currently receive from specialists who are involved in my care. Only issue was that my records of previous care in this practice were not available on that date, but I think this will be corrected soon. Otherwise, I was satisfied with service provided.
Awesome visit today with Dr. Washington! Definitely recommend this Dr.’s office! They are very helpful and seem to genuinely care about their patients!

I was pleased with my visit. All my questions and concerns were addressed.. I look forward to my next visit in September. I needed a prescription for itchy ears. The prescription was promptly send to my pharmacy for quick pick up.
